IFTA - International Fuel Tax Agreement

Is there an alternative to IFTA registration?

A carrier must obtain a trip permit from each IFTA member jurisdiction on which the vehicle is operated if the carrier is a qualified IFTA licensee and do not wish to participate in the
IFTA program.

Should I register for IFTA in my state?

IFTA is the International Fuel Tax Agreement signed by the United States and the 10 Canadian Provinces bordering the US to lessen the burden of the truckers in fuel reporting.
